We are certified by ISO9001 for meeting international management system standards.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"color: #000000;\">ISO9001 standards can be applied in many industries. Being certified means we have the capability of meeting customers&#8217; needs and demands, as well as maintaining customer satisfaction. To be certified, every department in the hospital is assessed by an objective third party every three years. Our last assessment was December 2022.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Our philosophy is &#8220;endeavor[ing] to provide high-quality and safe medical services that can be trusted by patients and their family, and that are contributory to our local community.&#8221; To realize this philosophy, it is indispensable that we continue to improve upon the quality of our management system.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Nothing means more to us than hearing patients say, &#8220;I am glad I chose this hospital,&#8221; and each and everyone of us aim to make sure patients do feel that way.
