Cardio-endovascular Treatment Division
Endovascular treatments target ischemic heart diseases such as angina and myocardial infarction, as well as peripheral vascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis obliteran, shunt failure, and deep vein thrombosis. For patients coming to our outpatient clinic with chest pain, shortness of breath, or dyspnea, non-invasive preliminary screening would include ECG, echocardiogram, treadmill stress test, coronary CT scan, etc. Catheterization examination is the next step if more precision diagnosis and treatment plan are needed. Catheterization is a simple procedure that does not require overnight admission. Patients can walk immediately after the procedure and can go home on the same day.
