All outpatient visits are full out-of-pocket payment. You would need to file claims on your own for reimbursement. If you also have Japanese health insurance, use that as your primary health insurance.
We can file claim for your inpatient care. However, you are responsible for your catastrophic cap of 35,000 Yen at time of discharge.

You are also covered 100% under this insurance for routine physical at our facility. Please check the preventive medicine page and see which package you are covered.
No guarantee of payment is needed for outpatient services below 400 USD (or approximately 45,000 Yen). Please contact us first for estimate of your first visit.
You will need a GOB PRIOR to every inpatient admission. You will also need to sign a claim form for each visit.
