What preventive care medicine packages do you offer?
We offer complete physical, routine physicals, cardiac physical, vascular physical, and immunizations. Check below for prices and details of each type of preventive care medicine package.

Appointment is needed except for routine physicals, but we still would prefer you to contact us for the best available day and time.

Preventive care medicine packages
● Complete Physical
Our complete physical package is a half-day physical; currently it is available on Tuesday mornings only. Please contact us for appointment, information package, and instructions.
● Optional Tests
The following optional tests are also available if you’d like to add more items to your complete physical.
● Routine Physical A
If you are with Foreign Service Benefit Plan, this routine physical is covered by your insurance. In principle, no appointment is necessary, but we advise you calling us to find out which day is least crowded.
● Routine Physical B
● Cardiac Physical
Please contact us for appointment, information package, and instructions if you are interested in having a cardiac physical. It is currently available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings only.
● Vascular Physical
Please contact us for appointment, information package, and instructions if you are interested in having a vascular physical.
● Immunizations
