If you have the vaccination voucher and your registered domicile is Urasoe City, you have to call the number on the envelope to make appointment.
If your registered domicile is outside of Urasoe City, you can call us to make an appointment.

At present, vaccination for COVID-19 is only available to Japanese nationals and residents with Japanese national insurance. If you are a resident of Japan, you should have gotten your vaccination notification and voucher from the municipal government. If you have not received it in your mail, there are two possibilities, (1) your current abode is not your registered abode, (2) you did not get your first and/or second shot in Japan. In either case, you need to go down to the municipal office and ask to get a vaccination voucher.
